Barbara E. Dolan has devoted her life to learning and helping others. She began her career as a newspaper reporter, earning awards from the National Newspaper Association and Lerner News. She later earned degrees in political science, urban studies, and a Master’s in Public Administration, which led her to serve as a hospital administrator in multiple states.

Driven by her passion for supporting families and children, Barbara earned a Master of Applied Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University. She has extensive experience in family preservation, youth counseling, grief support, behavioral assessment, and court representation, providing deep insight into human growth and resilience.
